Head Teacher
Mrs. Carolina loves teaching and has a long carrier guiding students of all ages in their quest to learn and discover the world around them. Originally from a small town in Colombia, Mrs. Carolina has taught pre-school and elementary school children of many backgrounds, including in an indigenous community in the Amazon rainforest! She is passionate and creative in everything she does, and as a mother of three, understands the deep responsibility in nurturing the next generation. Mrs. Carolina has a bachelor’s degree in education science, and is completing a Masters in Montessori education.

You know you've found a winner when its easy to get your kids out of the door in the morning, and then they don't want to leave come pick up! The teachers are extremely welcoming and super friendly. Carolina has created a fun, productive setting for the kids to learn. Highly recommended!"

She comes from a native English speaking household and she did not enjoy the last Spanish Immersion program she was a part of, so I was a bit nervous going in to the summer camp. Any nervousness I had vanished on day one when my daughter came home having loved the day and wanting to go back! The teacher, Carolina, is really lovely. She has a patient, caring energy and I love that she clearly understands and utilizes the Montessori method in her teaching."
